Who we are?
Fisto Trading Enterprise is an enterprise that is almost entirely service orientated. As a business, we provide top of the range service delivery with respect to the following commercial services: Shuttle Services; Sound & Visuals Installation; CCTV Systems Installations; Security Systems Alarms; and Logistics (each of these are briefly described later on in this document). These sectors are particularly pertinent simply because these are the most fundamental of our services.
As an enterprise operating chiefly in the five sectors mentioned above, our main potential competitors include other Transportation and Security Systems companies, or the more threatening diversified companies. This having been said, our versatility in our involvement in multiple business areas gives us an advantage over our competitors simply because we are better able to address customer needs wholly, thoroughly and diligently.
Our market analysis has also indicated a defect in the way in which services are carried out in most of the industries mentioned above. The truth is most of the existing companies in said industries still employ methods of old, most of which predate the Stone Age itself. What Fisto Trading Enterprise promises to do is to come up with vibrant concepts that will transform service delivery to customers without any compromises on the quality of our products and services. This will inarguably optimise service delivery and most certainly maximise customer satisfaction.
Our clientele is largely comprised of small businesses (entrepreneurships, partnerships, etc.) and individuals. These small groups will encourage us to undertake mainly in small projects, and as a great starting point, it will ensure efficiency in service delivery. Over the years, expansion policies will take place, pushing the extensiveness of our business operations further across the industry and as a result, we will take on larger projects with bigger enterprises (increasing our target market and ultimately resulting in a larger portion in market share).
